🛡️ Medieval Soldiers Pack – Version Update Now Live!

Hey everyone!

I’m happy to share a new update to the Medieval Soldiers Pack, bringing two fresh characters to your battlefield scenes — each designed with their own personality, animation style, and equipment to add variety and life to your project.

⚔️ What’s New:

🐎 Mounted Soldier (New Character)

• A fully-armored cavalry soldier, riding a  warhorse.  Includes with following animations:

  Idle - (25 Frames),  Walk - (12 Frames),  Run - (12 Frames),  Attack - (11 Frames),  Hit & Death - (11 Frames).

• Perfect for dynamic charges, patrol sequences, or elite units..

• Carries a crescent blade polearm and wears light plate armor — grounded in real medieval cavalry equipment.

• Includes special item plain horse with idle.

🪓 Mace Soldier (New Character)

• A powerful foot soldier wielding a heavy mace and a shield. 

  Includes with following animations:
  Idle - (4 Frames),  Walk - (8 Frames),  Run - (8 Frames),  Blunt Combo - (23 Frames),  Flail Play - (34 Frames), Hit & Death - (11 Frames).

• Features unique idle and ready stances designed for protection and blunt combat roles.

• Carries a flask — a subtle but authentic personal item often used by soldiers for water or spirits.

🧩 Notes:

• All characters are animated with care for side-scrolling/platformer 2D games.

• Both soldiers fit seamlessly alongside existing characters in the pack.

• Sprite sheets remain clean, frame-aligned (64x64), and ready for use in Unity, Godot, and GameMaker. 

• Horse sprite sheet size is wider since it includes horse (128x80). But the soldier can easily fit in to 64x64 pixel.

• Both soldiers free idle animations can be found in this page -----> Medieval Army Pack. This pack also includes new updates and will be announced from here with each new version.
